Damaged my truck and would not do anything about it.
My car was WORSE leaving than going in. I even asked them to redo some parts then just gave up. 6 people standing around cars piling up. I will NEVER go back and I have to say to complain is so out of my character. I usually feel so thankful for their services. But not this time!! I wish I had read the review first!
Just left. Can honestly say this is the worst cars wash. Don't waste your time or money. They weren't even busy. Paid $24 to watch some lazy kid not do his job. They didn't even dry off the car completely.
It's a waste of time. Do not take your cars there. I used to work there but I don't anymore because yesterday I didn't even get to work at All. But I did Saturday. And the manager John does not care how your car or truck looks. Do not go there.
Ok just paid paid $20.95 to get my car wash at Horizon car was --- not only was it the worse job I have ever gotten but they didn't even lift the matts to vacuum - There's dust left on the dash and inside is as dirty as when I took it in
Went to get a basic wash and the "Express" carpet cleaning. Was there for an hour and twenty minutes. Got home and found floor mats were dripping wet. Then noticed floor hooks that hold the driver's side mat in place were gone. Tried to phone the car wash but nobody answered. Poor service.
This place will never see my face again! Awful awful service! They sent my truck thru car wash a second time and it wasn't that dirty to begin with and never touched the inside for $23.95 plus $2.00 for it being an SUV! I had to come home and wipe out the inside and get the spots and drips off the outside!! Never never again! They don't deserve a one rating!!!!!
Horizon Car Wash In Rockwall cracked the windshield on my wife's 2014 Toyota Highlander. Management blamed the incident on a previous crack in the windshield. We were not aware of any previous damage and that determination was made AFTER the incident occurred. She was not offered any compensation and still had to pay for the wash that day. Very convenient for them. It's a $700 repair. We won't be back.
I think my car was cleaner before than when I left. Besides the customer service (or lack there of) They left some kind of greasy wax on the ceiling and passenger seat of my car and my windows still had handprints EVERYWHERE. I will never go here again.
