used to be a good car wash. There was an oil leak somewhere that got on approx half dozen cars. 2 car washes and it was still dirty. The last 2 times windows weren't cleaned. inside was a horrible vacuum job. And I still tipped. no more of my business.
We go regularly to get basic wash and tires. When we need inside out service their top service is the best! I live in Rowlett but prefer to come here instead.
They charge everyone the $1 up charge for trucks/SUV’s. It’s only a dollar but ridiculous when you are driving a Mini Cooper. Was told by the cashier that they charge everyone the extra dollar with a shoulder shrug. First time here, won’t come back.

First and last visit today. There were two car lines. I chose poorly. The lane beside me moved four cars while I sat still. When I finally made it inside to pay the man who was in the car line in front of me said he also waited in the same slow line while two people worked the inside lane. The cashier said the manager was out front in a green shirt if we wanted to speak to him. There was no one with a green shirt anywhere on the property. I’ve been here an hour now with time still to wait.
I purchased a silver wash and then paid extra to add on cup holders, 3 mats and doors/pockets. Just got home and find that the vacuuming is horrible, rear mats not done at all and the cup holders, console, door pockets not cleaned at all. Not the first time. I usually go back and make them fix but I don’t have time today. 😡
Sunday 2pm. No more time to do a bumper to bumper wash. Wow. Quality is lacking too. Rockwall needs a good full service auto wash center.
