Slow and very rude customer service. There are so many other options to choose from and I recommend doing so.
The owner is out of control! My wife took her car in for a complete detail. A day later she realized that they had blown some sort of black stuff all over the interior roof of the car. My wife was not upset but returned to have them clean whatever it was up. The owner came out and said his guys did not do this and was very aggressive to her. I've been here twice with two different cars and both times they have gone above and beyond! The staff is friendly, hard working and thorough in what they do. I will keep coming back for sure!
Worst customer service imiginable, along with inferior quality, overpriced workmanship. I will never patronize again. Will take my business to Hacienda Car Wash down the street. I highly recommend them over Horizon, any day of the week!
Shitty service, rude worthless managers (green shirts) steam cleaner puts out cold water therefore carpets on details do not get clean, employees treated like shit made to work for slave wages so the owner can make bank, overpriced, the managers are on dope, illegal aliens working illegally and over all a bad car wash. Go to the other car wash on 205
Worst customer experience I've ever had. What do they even do? They didn't even touch the inside of my car. They're over priced. Never coming here again
Worst place to get your car done! Lazy employees that sit around! Management doesn't care either! Take your money elsewhere or be prepared to get disappointed!! And yes they have gotten more than one chance with me! Never again!
