I have had my vehicles there several times. usually they do good work. I paid for a hand wax. normally this takes a few hours to complete so I leave my vehicle and wait for the call to pick it up. Today they were done in 45 minutes when I arrived to pick up the car, it was streaked, swirls and white wax down the black paint where it mixed with water and left to dry in the sun. the windows were not cleaned especially the back. I have come here for 3 years they always do a great job. But today I didn’t see the sign that said up to a 45 min wait. The “boss” after I asked him the total wait time, told me that he doesn’t put that up there for his health, we’re short handed. I’m sorry, that doesn’t justify speaking to your customers like that at all. Don’t take your frustrations out on others. I’m highly dissatisfied, and doubt on me coming here again. To be talked to in that manner. It was uncalled for..
0 star I usually take my vehicles to Horizon Car Wash where they do a fantastic job. Today I thought I would try out Hacienda. What a waste of time and money. I paid for a make ready on both my vehicles. They clearly don’t know what “make ready” should look like. I asked the guy “shouldn’t this be clean and shouldn’t that be clean”. Stay way. They scratched my windows and didn’t give a crap!
The next time the guys drying the cars want to make fun of the "one dollar" tip they've just received by laughing and repeating "one dollar" to each other, they should probably make sure that the customers in the car can't hear them. Next time, I'll keep my dollar. Actually, next time, I'll just go somewhere else.
Horrible experience very rude and unprofessional will never go back
First timer from out of town at Horizon Car Wash and received excellent service. Courteous And friendly folks. Wiped down and vacuumed inside of car and hand dried the outside to perfection the young fellow did receive a tip from us and deserved it. Would go there again in a minute.
