they take to long to do repairs and don't don't reply to messages at first when I moved in the bolier broken so had to go 3 week with out any heating I was in their property for 5 months with no lights in the bathroom and other jobs needed doing they use cowboys to do the jobs so the repairs are shit and be no further forward so avoid avoid avoid
Owners only think about money you lose your deposit no matter what they forge statement from other letting agents they don't repair things that go wrong and they get tennents to do repairs or they use people who are on the dole if anything goes wrong over the weekends you can't get hold of the letting agent and you get 3 tennecys all ways with different dates the agency is a house and not a proper shop and they blame the tennents for everything and if you leave stuff behind they get unemployed people who take your things

HLM manage 3 properties for my wife and I in Horden & Peterlee. They were recommended to us through a friend of the family and we’ve had no issues to date. One of the properties suffered some damage to the roof during the high winds earlier in the year.
