I want to say an absolutely massive thank you to Hopkins Flooring for the incredible work they’ve done in my hallway! I had been massively f*cked over by someone that claimed they could lay flooring that then incorrectly laid my flooring and then left it like that and ignored all of my messages 😅🤦🏻♀️ Then someone from Hopkins saw my post asking for help and got in touch and offered to help sort it out, they ripped out the incorrect flooring, put screed down and then finally laid my tiles AND put a rug in by my front door... read more
Brad and his team have done an amazing job at my historic house. Problems with floor structure are dealt with incredibly politely without fuss and swift efficient fitters are a credit to the business. An absolute pleasure to do business with !!
Had a completely new floor fitted by Brad’s excellent team. Selected Harvey Maria tiles. They did an absolutely FANTASTIC job. The customer service we received was second to none. Need to mention Justin who fitted the floor and also wonderful Sarah and Emma at front of house. Hopkins selection of flooring is amazing as was the advice we received. Nothing was too much trouble. If you require new flooring, then Hopkins Flooring in Attleborough is the BEST place.
Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff always ready to help and share their expertise, we're very much looking forward to our floor being installed by these absolute professionals.
