this service does amazing work, and the fact it's run by lived experience workers makes it even better. as well as being knowledgable and empathetic about mental health, the vast majority of the staff are also very clued up about trauma and neurodivergence. very adaptible to your needs as they do walk-ins, phone calls and texting which is so important for people with different communication styles. i've used their service in every way they offer & everything is excellent. it's very rare to call up & not get through to someon... read more
