My son moved into Hope Lodge yesterday and I am super grateful and impressed. Anyone criticising mental health services in Southend should think again. The flats are spacious, beautiful and the premises so welcoming and clean. Mental health staff upto 10 pm to provide support and a night security watch, making it feel really safe. The transition for my son from The Orchards to Hope Lodge was smooth, efficient, with the managers in both places so helpful, patient and understanding, and I felt my son was and is in safe hands. ... read more
