Terrible customer service! We bought a prepaid fried turkey advertised as 14-16lbs and paid 76.00 with tax included. What we picked up was a 6 1/2 bird! I can't get a manager on the phone, I've evem left my name and number and no reply! We try and support local business and this is how they treat the customer? Ridiculous!

Our apologies, Jacob. The raw weighs we bought were 14-16#, but the cooked weight should have been more than 6 1/2 #. I did take one call and was told it weighed 6 1/2 lbs, and I'm not sure if that was you. I did tell that caller to come in and I'd have 1/2 a whole turkey waiting, which we did but it was never picked up. Please give us another call so we can figure out what happened. -Hoover, Owner

Came to try this out for our first time waited at a table for 15 min and no one came to serve us so wasn’t able to really try anything but the table so we left

Food is incredible here, on the short list of places I take people visiting from out of town. Have used Hoover's for everything from a quick lunch, date night, and catered event.

Had the meat loaf, it was as good as mom's! I want to try the fried chicken, but it takes 20 min to cook. Talk about fresh!!
