RecommendedThe Jerk chicken is the best. Yum.
Very Delicious, so much food had to take the rest home. Waitress was busy so had to wait for refill but other than that Will be coming back. Had the Ham Steak and Jezebel sauce was amazing!
Not kid friendly...we had a family party of 13 with 4 little boy cousins. The owner wasn’t happy with the boys being boys. Won’t be back. We’ll eat where kids are welcomed.

Hoover's has *absolutely* the best selection of comfort food in Austin. Catfish, greens, macaroni & cheese are not to be missed...Mmmmm good!!

green chili cheese burger is very dry..fries are good..id recommend the jalapeno spinach any day of the week!!
Hoover's closed early tonight, so we were unable to dine. However, from past history, I definitely do recommend Hoover's. Unique excellent food and good service.
