In 1973 the idea for a healthy place where the local community could shop was shared between the Iles and the Hoover Families. The dream was realized when the families' bought a warehouse in a developing part of Altamonte Springs, and Economy Health Foods was formed. Over the years, the store and our services have expanded. Best place to shop for groceries around. Their herb and powder supplement selection as well as their loose leaf tea selection is the best quality and the most extensive that you will find.

It's clean, well organized, and filled with friendly employees. Also, the Jurassic Park theme was just playing as I brought my groceries. Best shopping experience ever.
