In 1973 the idea for a healthy place where the local community could shop was shared between the Iles and the Hoover Families. The dream was realized when the families' bought a warehouse in a developing part of Altamonte Springs, and Economy Health Foods was formed. Over the years, the store and our services have expanded. I used to love coming here for lunch. The salad bar was amazing! I no longer have time to eat here due to the long lines.

Love this store! They have the best organic tea selection anywhere in the Orlando area! My daughter absolutely loved her vegan club sandwich! The selection of organic produce was fantastic & the prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back often!
