In 1973 the idea for a healthy place where the local community could shop was shared between the Iles and the Hoover Families. The dream was realized when the families' bought a warehouse in a developing part of Altamonte Springs, and Economy Health Foods was formed. Over the years, the store and our services have expanded. They have the best deli in Central Fl. Nice polite staff who actually appreciate your business.
Great little grocery store and market, complete with nice array of organic produce, a fresh juice and smoothie bar, bulk teas/herbs/spices, and awesome selection of quality nutritional supplements and toiletry items. I love shopping here and wish it was closer to me!
