We really enjoyed our time there. We watched the slam dunk contest and ate our wings.. Everyone was really nice. Food was great!!
It was very friendly service was good just felt like as a customer my waitress wasn't very customer servery..lack of attention to the custmer
Really enjoyed the last tour of Ringling Bros & Barnum and Bailey Circus. But, before we went to the show we ate at Hooters in the Epicenter downtown Charlotte, NC. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. The waitress forgot about us 3 times. Didn't bring us what we asked for, not once. Also, she gave us an excuse that the other table was taking pictures of her and asking for her autograph on the calendar. We were one of 5 tables in the whole place and couldn't get service period. typically enjoying the food at hooters and the service not being too terrible me and my friend decided to come here on a monday night to watch the playoff game. upon arriving the hostess who I'm going to assume is new was very confused as to what table to put us at. she handed us the menus at the front door and then we followed her, not a big deal, but I've never known a restaurant to have customers carry their things to a table. she takes us to a table but as we begin to sit down she tells us we can't sit there. why? no clu... read more

The bacon chicken wings where great. The staff was great.
Disappointed in their wings. And it took forever to get the waitress to come Check on us.
Maaaaaannnn They had beautiful women working there, I was a bit distracted while eating my food. But that was all good cause the food was delicious, I'll be back👍🏾
Worst service ever! Food was horrible! I'm never going back there!
