What I’d really like to say is not listed. I called in 20 mins prior and placed my to-go order for a 10 piece 3 Mile Island wings...all flats with an extra blue cheese. The young lady that I spoke to on the phone told me that she was placing the order ASAP (she voluntarily provided that info). When I arrived, my order had not been placed. Sitting here right now.....came at 4:20 it’s 5:05 now & still waiting on food....shouldn’t take this long....as other people have stated you can see the kitchen doesn’t look like they’re making a big effort to get things out here! It shouldn’t take this long!!! I see why I haven’t been here in a while!

This place is horrid. Good Bye Hooters. Never again. You will go the way of KMart, Sears, and all the others antiquated crap places.
We gave this place a second try (Last time about a month ago). Service is horrible. Food is slow. Drinks are weak. It is sad because Hooters wings are my favorite. Restaurant is slow and we have been waiting 45 minutes for 15 wings. Likely the last time we will be here.
First of all let me just say that I will never go to Hooters in Uptown Charlotte, NC again. I typically go to the Concord, NC location, but due to my location that day I just dined here. It happend to be National Chicken Wing day and they had BOGO on wings so it worked out. Anyway, I ordered 10 Smoked Wings, 5 Jerk and 5 Texas BBQ and 10 boneless wings (which were less than tepid).
