The management should be ashamed of this restaurant. It wasn't even busy, maybe half the table were full if that and they couldn't keep up. There seemed to be plenty of help. you can see the kitchen workers walking at a snails pace. It took 20 minutes for our first drinks. Didn't bring the water I asked for. The food took over an hour to come and it wasn't impressive to say the least. If your going to charge $10.00 for a burger and fries maybe you should give more than 5 fries. Absolute worst service ever. There nearly 3 hours for a salad, cheesesteak, and 2 beers. ( Got charged for 3, but didn't dispute it for fear of missing the football game we were in town to see.) Chicken was raw on salad. Women's restroom was disgusting. Toilets weren't flushing, trash everywhere, floors were slippery/wet and just plain gross. Needless to say, I waited and used port o potty down the street which seemed like a luxury after that mess...very disappointing

Wings were phenomenal...especially the smoked ones...me.and my GF loved it!..Hooters has definitely stepped up!
Food was great, service was great. It was my first visit to a Hooter anywhere and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had appetizers there before the Panthers game and went back again for dinner.
Well when got there, the hostess answered the phone after waiting for at least 10 mins and instead of asking them to hold to sit us she is going to talk to them. While she is still on the phone, she tried to sit us, we have my 2 year old daughter with us, she tried to sit us at a high top. We asked for a booth or small table. We got placed in a booth. Waitress came and took our drink order. It took 15 mins to get our drinks. Ordered my daughter her food so she wouldn't have to wait as long, at least that's what I hoped. Then... read more
