Last time I came here we sat for ten minutes with not even an acknowledgment from a waitress so we left. There were only a few tables of patrons so they weren't busy at all. Well, stupid me decided to give it another shot this evening. There was about 10-15 people total when we got there. I watched the hostess tell our waitress she was seating us. The worst service I have ever had. We have waits now for over an hour for our food! The worst! The bathrooms are terrible.
Hello, I just wanted to bring an issue to someone's attention. I'm giving a rating based on the staff's attitude and the food. We came to your establishment on Friday August 4th. The hostess was very nice and warned us the wait time could be longer than 30 minutes because you were slammed. We had just left fan fest at Bank of America Stadium and were drenched looking to eat and dry up, so we told her that was fine. The buffalo chicken sandwich was ok. Just messy, took much lettuce and not enough buffalo sauce or blue cheese. Will order wings next time

It took us 10 mins to get noticed then after 1 hr we had noting to eat but fried pickles. My Bloody Mary tasted like weak tomato juice- what happened to all the nice olives and other accompments in the photos. I finally got up to leave and was told our order was ready so I took it with us. They took off the drink and another 10$. .We got to our room and the curly fries were smaller than the size if a kids meal at Mc Donald's and one of the 4 orders was missing. Still cost me $66. 😡
