There is such a thing as treating others how you would want to be treated. Two wrongs don't make a right but I hope a valuable lesson was learned by one of your staff members as I am reading all about it online.
Took 15 min to take our drink order & they weren’t even busy. It was about 11pm. Wings were good but Big Dipper fries tasted like they e been sitting since lunch time. Service left a lot to be desired.

We sat in our booth for 5-7 minutes and 3 waitresses walked past us and never said a word. Being someone who worked in the service industry as front of the house manager, I of course got up, walked out and advised the host that we were leaving due to this issue. At-least one server should have stopped and asked if we had been helped and got our drink order, and then notified our server that we had been waiting there for some time and that we needed attention.
Service bad. Not given silverware. No pepper on table....not even crowded had to wait 25 min for food.
Service stunk! We ordered & she forgot 1/2 of it & we couldn't get our waitress to come back. We asked for more napkinz & she went up front to check her phone. We asked for refills & another waitress had to get it. We asked for a box & another waitress had to get it & she had to get our bill too. Needless to say the other waitress got the tip. The bathroom was filthy. The food was pretty good though.
worst service at any Hooters location in America. took 20 mins each time the waitress came to the table and even told me to come find her if she was taking too long .. terrible
