My cousin fed the family today (Literally). He knows my taste for food and weakness for chicken. He invited me out, and purchased me a all you can eat wing platter. I didn't believe the wings were actually all you can eat & aimed @ putting that myth to the test. Service sucked...! Took for ever to seat us and the place was only half full.
I love hooters but had the worst waitress possible. Her name is Hannah . I guess bc we weren't two men so we got zero attention. After waiting 15 mins for my sauce I asked for replacement fries bc they were cold . not only was the 2nd order cold, she charged me for them. Tried to get the manager but he was too busy smacking the waitresses butts to look over here.

Snoody waitress and our food wasn't even done. Told management and they took care of it. I would go again
Hooters is a restaurant where you can go relax ease your mind watching the game with friends and grab you a bite to eat.people treat you like your at home.
The device wad very slow. Ordering a ginger ale in a bottle to 45 minutes to get I had to ask 4 times to get the birthday song sung for my son's 21st birthday. I finally had to go ask a manager and we got the song in a matter of minutes. For the amount of money our group spent I expected such a better service. I receive better service at waffle house
The Staff & Management here at this location is wonderful & amazing. Perfect food, Awesome Service & The bartender & GM have done multiple table touches to make sure everything was outstanding & everyone was happy & enjoying the food & the experience on NASCAR Sunday in Charlotte!!! This has been extraordinary & Awesome for a high volume & busy quick serve with alcohol & a huge dining room & patio. I'm loving it here!!!
