Had a party of 17 was told we had a 35 minute wait, hour and half later still not seated. We were told even after we were seated it would be over another hour before we got our food. They wanted to sit us in a certain section, rather than pushing available tables together. Poor response from the manager so we left.
The worst service Ever!!!!!! Food was cold and not what we ordered and they took 2 and half hours to get us the wrong food. Manager was awful and unwilling to adjust the bill. Terrible!
Took too long to get our food. Spent over 2 hours and 2 people hadn’t gotten the correct food. Just ridiculous. Our waitress- not good at all. The kitchen wasn’t working with her either. They were more concerned with closing up for the night. We arrived 2 hours plus prior to closing. Could it get any worse???
I recommend Julia, she's not only a beautiful server, she was attentive and nice girl with us
Waitresses were very friendly, it was my first time at Hooters, I really liked it, the Chicken wings were better than B-dubs.
Waited over an hour and half for food. Was told it was because two large parties had come in and they “weren’t equipped” to handle them. We ended up being late for event we paid major money for and they nearly didn’t let us participate. Absolutely unacceptable.

Nasty wore out furniture. Food was the only thing halfway decent.
