I've been to this Hooters twice now.. Service was bad and food was worse. :(
We always have great service and great food when we go to Hooters. The one exception was today, Mother's Day 2015. The food was great and the staff friendly like always, but the service time was terrible. But it doesn't matter because the reason why is because the manager gave all the mother's the day off! Amazing! Totally worth the wait to know that others got the chance to spend the day with their babies! Too bad all management isn't this considerate, and I'm sure everyone would agree!
I love, love, love Hooters. Why did the one in Fort Wayne cllosr?
Took over hour to get our food. Managers only excuse was computers were down.... Didnt seem to slow down anybody else's order. Oh n our food was cold when we finally did get it. Very pathetic
After a 25 minute wait and there were plenty of open tables we waited and waited. Waited to get our drinks just to send them back because the soda was bad. Then the beer was warm and flat. The wings were good but some of them were cold. The fries needed to be cooked in fresh oil. Needless to say we won't be back there again
