Dirty salad plate. Regular salad came out the size of a side salad. Had to send it back for a clean plate and the right order. Philly cheese steak was so greasy the the bottom bun was soggy and grease all over the plate. Had to send that back as well. Ordered onion rings-got curly fries. Chicken strip sandwich had very little chicken on it. Asked to see the manager before we left but she was hiding outside behind the building smoking instead of dealing with paying customers. Server was Ivy , she was very good. Not a long wait for anything , food was hot and good. I thought a little pricey though......10 boneless wings , onion rings and sweet tea was $20. Plus I left a very good tip , which I have no problem doing. Overall was good.
Food was good service was poor. Place was not busy however our waitress was not interested in service. She appeared to be on her smart phone most of the time. Then when my wife gave her only 10% she gave a very dirty look to which I responded by telling her that 10% was more than she had earned or deserved in my opinion. Service was good and food was hot and tasty. The pricing was fair for where we were eating at. We had just been waiting for food someplace else and ventured to hooters when we gave up on the other place.
This was our FAVORITE place so much that I literally send my husband after food right after I delivered my babies. Also our FIRST date. However I am extremely disappointed at the service tonight. It wasn't busy at all, and we came in for early dinner. We get seated and sit there for 15 mins with not one waitress coming to get our drinks! We're staring at them dumbfounded while one waitress walks around tables with carrying her child... I kid you not. We make the decision to leave because my kids are getting ticked by now.
