Poor customer service. We arrived around 5:30, ordered 3 waters and ordered food at 5:45. Ashley was our server and never came back for refills. At 6:45 she checked with the kitchen and told us our food would be out in about 10-15 minutes (still no refill). At 7:20 we spoke with the manger who apologized and said the kitchen staff is normally staffed with 5 cooks and down to 2. It was good but the one in Chicago better it's not the same as Chicago
Our server, Sydney, was polite and prompt. The food was great too, really nice place.
I was impressed with the fried pickles. Loved it. Curly fries amazing. Texas steak sandwich yum
Their air is broken & it took over an hour for food. Don't ever go past 11PM here!!
