Worst service. They close at 2 pm and it was 1 pm and I know it’s late but we literally had an employee tell us to come in to get food. We stood there and three employees walked past and said nothing. They didn’t want to serve us. Too bad for them bc we are great tippers!

For a Saturday night, our service wasn’t bad at all! The food and drinks were good and reasonable! I do have to say that the fries lacked salt as well as the cheese dip in terms of needing more salt but other than that, very tasty!
Worse customer service ever! Needed a copy of a receipt, it was an ongoing thing from 8pm-1am. Printed a receipt from the 2 days ago, obviously he didn’t know what day it was. Tony kept telling me to call back, to call after one. Called after 1 was on hold for 15 minutes couldn’t get back through for 5, finally got back through to Tony he didn’t speak and made me listen to him ramble on to someone about nothing and he hung up. I had the pleasure of spending the Labor Day holiday weekend in Atlanta for a convention in town. I ate at the Hooter's Restaurant every night as it was on my way back to the Hotel I was staying at. Each and every night I had excellent service by my waitress: Bria P., Ashley D., Jazzmen and Sapphire. The crowds they had on that Convention weekend were large. the place was packed every night I stopped by. I️ was seated at a table and no one came to our table for over 25 minutes. When I️ left and brought it to a waitress attention they told me there busy no sorry nothing. Don’t have to worry about it happening again.
