I can completely understand that the staff was overworked from this past weekend. With Dragon Con, and the football games. We didn't have to wait long to be seated but after we were seated, the service was terrible. It took 45 minutes to get water. After waiting over an hour, the waitress informed us that they were out of the lettuce that went to a particular salad and my fiance was fine with it and said any lettuce would do! No big deal. Long line due to holiday, football games and a convention but they had a plan. Service was great. Had issue with food for one of our party of three, manager took care of issue quickly.
There two days in a row at dragoncon. Food was amazing and the waitresses were kind and fun to talk to. Chicken was a little rough on the first day but i blamed it on the hundreds of people ordering simultaneously. Not the Chefs fault really. Second day they were perfect. And i mean perfect. Was also mt birthday and I got a song lol.
Needs a better selection of alcohol the waitress was fast and responsive
My visit probably would have been better if I had a different waitress. She either didn't want to be there or not cut out for the job. The wings were OK, but the Buffalo Shrimp were on point. When it came to the beer.....I am pretty sure I went 30 min with an empty glass. With that being said, I will likely try it again and adjust my review if needed.
Ordered buffalo wings, they gave me shrimp. Then expect me to pay? How? � Terrible �

OMG! WHERE DO I START.. I'M FROM CHICAGO.. OUR HOTTERS IS THE BEST.. THIS 1 NEEDS HELP.. TERRIBLE SERVICE.. THEY DON'T GREET U... WE WAITED 4 20MIN B4 WE EVEN GOT WATER!! POOR POOR SERVICE!!
Straight awful server took 10 mins to greet us in the real world 30 seconds drop that napkin!! Food was dry, didn't ask if we needed boxes just came and grabbed the food.... we had one glass of water DAMN WE DONT GET REFILLS??? Overall TERRIBLE!!!!
