Although it was a Saturday and the wait time was 35 minutes we waited our time I asked for mild wings extra sauce well they change the recipe for the Wings mild wings do not exist anymore everything is now spicy which I was not told before we ordered they brought out two different sets of wings and everything was spicy could not eat them so basically after an hour of waiting I end up leaving With No Wings just fries and a drink then when the bill came the wings that I could not eat we're on the bill so the waitress went got ... read more
Very busy but still good service! Seemed short staffed but still good,
Many empty tables in restaurant. Our food took 40 minutes to come to table. Mine was made incorrectly, waited over 30 minutes for new food. Received ZERO drink refills. I will never return to this location. Eat across the street at Hard Rock!
service was great..food and drink also very good and reasonable price...just the atmosphere let it down seemed tired..maybe just me
The service sucked. I ordered a phillily cheese steak, and I asked was it spicy �. I was told no. Once I bit into it. It was hot. I tell the waitress, and she tells me, there’s a deli down the street. Like really. Never go there people. Please save your money.
The customer service is not good at all. They take forever to come to your table once the seat you.
Took 20 minute to take order. And other 20 to brind beer and food.......
Very clean some sexy as women food was Damm good n waitress had was so Damm nice as personality could not ask 4 thing better n the woman at the door Damm she was sexy as fuck. Please keep up the good work
Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich , mostly breaded batter, not that great. First Hooters I’ve been to that wasn’t great.
