Very disorganized and a manager who could have cared less. We were visiting from out of town and this experience was so bad i may never eat at Hooters again

4 stars * First time ever at a Hooter's and it was interesting to say the least. Although I didn't order anything, my friends split some wings and a salad (after having some subpar wings from our hotel room service). Service was quick. Wouldn't mind coming back to try their bacon wrapped wings or some loaded tots. I've always heard good things about their wings

I went for the first time tonight and was sadly disappointed. The server was rude, the food was subpar, and we waited over an hour and a half for two chicken sandwiches. We barely saw our server, and when we did she rushed by our table. My drink even sat near the end of the table for over 20 minutes --I had to finally ask for a refill. I worked in food for over 10 years so I know that bad nights happen, however it was awful service from start to finish. I will never return!
