Can’t speak highly enough of Hoops. Visited 3 months ago to look for a bike for our 5 year old. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Unfortunately the colour our son was fixed on they didn’t hold and was no longer in production so off to Norwich we went to collect the last one in that size and colour. Today - with the brakes needing balancing and a couple of questions - not only did Hoops remember us from our previous visit but they quickly (and kindly) made the necessary tweaks. Phoned to arrange a Demo on Mi Ride Bike Arrived at the shop spoke to member of staff and was shown the bike. I was asked for my driving licence which is fine I was then helped by a younger member of staff who’s manner was a little unsettling,I was made to feel like I was going steal the bike. I could only ride round the car park which is totally unsatisfactory to gauge how the bike rides, I am sorry but I will now buy the bike direct from the factory .I would like to support a local Business but the this customer experience... read more
