My elderly mum recently moved to the area so we registered her with this gp practice. So far, we’ve found the service to be excellent! Same day response to a medical concern, on time appointment for Covid jab and helpful receptionist staff
Appalling. It seems to me that Honiton surgery is deliberately making it difficult for the people that they serve, and particularly the elderly and the computer illiterate, to receive medical help. We should be able to make appointments over the phone, and in person at the reception desk.
