Harriet quickly responded, explaining how the venue works, and after a call, I knew we could have a beautiful, budget-friendly wedding with guests. We had our wedding here in June 2025. We wanted a rustic, family friendly (kids can run wild) type of wedding, and this venue allowed just that. The accommodation was great, a couple of missing items that quickly got sorted, my advice is just to place your guests carefully in the right accomm. e.g. our heavily pregnant friend in a proper bed in a cottage, but our young partying friends in the tents (simple double airbed with linen and towels). Dear Harriet and John, thank you for the best wedding we could have ever hoped for. You went above and beyond for us and our guests and we couldn't have been happier with our three days. Nothing was too much trouble for us and we loved how the venue looked. On the day you pulled out all the stops. From how the arbor was decorated to the barn set up.
