Do you like being ignored, Not helped and never getting return calls? Or when you do go down they say the person you need to speak to ain’t in right now. If so then shop here. I called them the day I bought my bike about some issues. They still haven’t been resolved so I asked them to buy it back. Knowing I’d get way less but I was just ready to count my loss and buy elsewhere. I went in for a new helmet today. Been from the parts counter was especially helpful in choosing a better helmet than what I had actually come in to look at. I had done some research and thought about getting my new helmet online but ended up coming here instead. Ended up with the Shoei RF-SR after spending an hour discussing the construction and materials of the helmet. Ben was able to answer all of my questions and I am quite happy with my purchase.

Purchased my first Suzuki RMZ 450 from Honda Yamaha Suzuki of Knoxville today and they went beyond my expectations. it was such a laid back, hassle free buy and everyone was super nice and helpful. i will definitely go back in the future for any other bike purchase and ask for Will Montgomery in sales. It really was a no pressure hassle free experience and i was in and out with a new bike in only a short amount of time. Big thumbs up to this place.
