We were on vacation from Michigan and discovered my wife's 05 VSTAR Silverado needed rear brakes. Found HYS/Knoxville and gave them a try. Of course in the middle of bike season they were extremely busy but they had a tech who was waiting on a parts delivery and got us right in. Three hours later we were on the Dragon!!!. I'm sure they can't work this kind of miracle all the time but the fact that they would even consider doing it was TOPS in my book.
