Friendly folks. Got right to fixing our Wing, gave great advice on how to best handle the repair to get us home safely.
Have been there in the month of May alone five times, to see about buying a bike for myself. Never ever have I been approached to see if I needed help. The girl that sits at the desk just ignores you. So went to Alcoa Good Times. As soon as I walked in I was approached and bought a Ryker. I have never been to a place that didn't want any business.

I was traveling to Tennessee on my GL 1800 Goldwing from Indiana and my front tire went flat on I-75 southbound on Sunday afternoon. Got the bike to a friends house near Oak Ridge Tennessee. Made arrangements to have the bike trailered to this shop on Tuesday morning. They got my Goldwing in the shop and on the lift within two minutes after unloading it.
