I would like to thank the entire staff at Honda Knoxville for helping me out with a purchase of Honda CRF 50 for my grandsons upcoming 5th birthday surprise from me and his Grammy. I went in to see what they had and thanks to Todd Viney in sales it was very quick and easy process. The paper work was very simple and easy also. drove 3+hrs one way to look at a uesd 18 drz for myself and a new 19 drz for my buddy. and they told me one price on the phone for the 18 and another when I got there. then when I agree to the higher price they come back again and say it will be another 200 on top of that. would definitely not recommend this dealer. I had to give a 1 star rating because 0 star is not a option
Went to look at some machines, talked to a salesman. He didn’t seem interested in selling me a machine. Said he would send me pics and prices but never did. Said he would send me specs that morning and I had to call and remind him later that afternoon. Went to another dealer, they responded quickly to messages and after a week we left with a brand new 2019 and paid cash.
