Had a pleasant buying experience with Tod. Only gripe is the business manager Eddie trying to hard to make the sale on the extended warranty/tire/key packages - I understand his position is sales but didn't care for his scare tactic approach. Overall, a good experience.

I had a great experience with the staff at Penske Honda. I found a used Civic at a great price, and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman than Ricky Taylor. Coudn't have asked for a better experience yesterday at Penske Honda. They had the car I wanted, worked with me on trade in, and gave me a very fair price on a new 2018 Civic Si sedan. Everyone dreads the finance room conversations, but they didn't push me to buy anything, rather walked me through what they offered, answered any question I had about the different packages, and finalized everything in about 20 minutes. This is my first Honda, and I appreciate how easy it was to buy.
Got me in on schedule, explained my service needs, and got me out in reasonable time. Very pleased.
