Penske Used Lot does not get the incoming vehicles they sell up to their own service standards and then sticks the new buyer with the bill. Beyond disappointing. Manager Justin basically said ‘that is in the previous owner not us’ and it was more important that he talk to his buddy who came in after us than to address our issues. My father purchased a car here and it broke down about 15 minutes into his 50 minute drive home.obviously someone isn’t doing their jobs correctly.
Over the last few years, I have had terrible experiences with a local Acura dealership. So, I thought...why not try Penske Honda. Today, was my first experience and won't be my last. Top notch customer service and the entire experience was seamless. My wait was a bit longer than promised, but they apologized and acknowledged they were a bit tardy.
