My review is not based on the business, but on the loud, lewd, clearly TANKED volatile man I had to endure last night during my birthday dinner at Ocean Prime. The restaurant was totally embarrassed, and tried to contain the noise. He was with a larger party with a lot of Penkse Honda attire on, so I can only assume he belongs to you. He had to be walked out to the parking lot by other men in his group.
