Went today to get a used car. When my mom and I walked in, it felt like a club. Very busy, popular music playing, there's a wireless lounge, starbucks coffee, kids area. Special kudos and thanks to Randall Rosen, who not only was an excellent sales adviser but kept me updated on the release date and guided through the process with right level of information sharing.
