This evening we completed the sale of our new Odyssey and worked with Randall Rosen. Communication initiated between my husband and Randall and days later we stopped into VH to meet him and looked at new vans. From the start, Randall had an over the top friendly, professional and approachable personality. Thanks Joe Navarre. We have bought 2 Honda Civics from Valley Honda. We've been treated with nothing but respect and friendliness. When animals chewed wires for the ABS system the service advisor guided us in the necessary steps to have our insurance pay for repairs. Recently, a mistake was made on our vehicle and Valley Honda took care of everything.
