While I had a good experience, unfortunately my friend didn't. The second she bought out the lease, issues that were addressed by Honda and repaired by them as well, were no longer their problem as they blamed it on an irrelevant event. Manufacturer issues are just that. Own up to the damage, fix it, and provide the customer service you "pride" yourself in.
We just bought another car from Valley Honda and worked with Steve Grady again. Steve was great to work with and we ended up with exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended!
