Took my 2011 Fit in for service. Quoted an hour and 45 for completion and car was finished sooner! No surprises, comfortable waiting area, great Wi-Fi. Very friendly service specialist and cashiers! I have owned my Honda since 2012 and wouldn't go anywhere else for purchase or service.
We were greeted at the curb by a bright smiling rep, but it wasn't a pushy experience at all. Jim was very patient with us and made us feel comfortable. We test drove 2 cars and then left our mission to "keep looking". After visiting 3 other non-Honda dealers, we ended up back at Honda. We drove both cars again. Nick Theodor is the BEST! I bought 3 or 4 cars from Nick and 2 from a sales associate no longer with Valley Honda. I have always had a great experience with them. 5 stars for the sales team. 3.5 stars for the service team!
