I went in for an airbag recall and was a bit anxious because I was bringing my 6 month old with me....alone. They estimated a 1.5 hour wait, so we settled in! Several Honda employees stopped to say hi to my daughter, open the bathroom door so I could easily wheel her stroller in for diaper changes, and even helped to make the kid's area a little more private so I could breastfeed her. I recently had an issue with this dealership when I brought my car in for airbag recall. Let me say, I have never experienced such incredible customer service.
