My 2015 Honda fit has leaked both rainy seasons since owning the vehicle. The first year they took care of everything with lots of headaches on my end. This year they are blaming the situation on some debris on the vehicle and my sunshades. See my post on January 24th 2017. If you've had a similar issue please reach out. Thanks.

Please see my 1-star review on Yelp. Don't ever tell salesman you're paying cash as they don't want your business. They want to skin you via financing. Very rude behavior.

I purchased my 2009 Honda from Honda of Hayward, but every maintenance repair and service has been done by the great staff of Hayward of Oakland. I have been extremely satisfied with every visit being thankful for their advisements until today... I hit a hard curb...the airbag did not deploy but the dashboard light came on and the seatbelt locked in position. I can still use the seatbelt..it just does not retract. Today I learned that because the airbag failed to deploy, It will cost me over $1,200 to "repair" and turn off t... read more

Hi Gwen, so sorry for the delay in responding. Unfortunately certain impacts while not strong enough to deploy the airbags can deploy the seatbelt tensioner. Once these tensioners are deployed the belt assembly itself must be replaced as well as the SRS control unit because they are both a one-time only use. I apologize that the maintenance light did not get reset, if it would make you feel more comfortable we would be more than happy to redo the oil change and reset the light. Please let us know. This place is awesome. Everyone there is extremely helpful and will work hard to make sure you drive out of there with a brand new car(or used). William was the guy that helped me out. He made things super easy and smooth. I walked in here having 50/50 thoughts about being able to drive out with a car, but boy let me tell you they sure took care of me.
