Went to Honda Service center on Monday for a simple oil change. After waiting 4 1/2 hours my car was returned to me with a crack in the windshield. Spoke to manager of service department he denied denied denied. Spoke briefly to GM Todd King who said he would call me back by the end of that day or next day. Still have heard nothing after making 2 calls myself and a email. I did though receive a random missed call from Mr. King at 11:30pm. The car I drove away with was great. The professionalism was terrible. The finance department needs to be improved. They withdraw money from my bank account without my permission. When they realized their mistake, they took their time refunding my money back. If I would have not been persistent about my money, I would have never received it.
