Thanks to Scott Stream for all his help. The last 10 days were rough, handling insurance and other issues after our Honda Pilot was totaled in an accident wasn’t easy. However, figuring out what we were going to do to replace the pilot was easy-we trust Honda of Lincoln and Scott was great at listening to our needs and presenting options!
I would like to thank Mark and Honda of Lincoln for addressing my sons Civic issue quickly! They assisted my son with a potential break down on his travel from Ft Wayne Indiana to Golden Colorado. Mark took my sons car in for a quick assessment. Then the crew remedied the situation and had him back on the road in a little over an hour! Thank you for being there!

I bought a 2013 buick encore in September 2018. its already been in the shop 3 times costing me thousands of dollars. This week check engine light came on. Looks like we are going for round 4. If you ask me a got a lemon. Doubt Honda is willing to do anything for me since I don't have a warranty. But I thought you should be able to have a car 6 months before starting to need work done.
Scott was very patient with me as I went through about 20 rejections. He found the perfect vehicle for my needs. Thank you.
