Huge thank you to Honda of Lincoln! Yesterday had to take the van in to get some work done. A part had to be ordered so the van had to stay overnight. Honda gave me a rental car for the night which was great. I asked them if the next morning when the van was done if someone could bring my van TO MY HOUSE and take the rental car back to Honda so I didn’t have to deal with car seats. They said ok like it was no problem at all. Thank you Honda!!!!! #hondaoflincolnrocks
Perfect customer service. I pulled my car in and was immediately greeted by Heather. She was friendly and helpful. Then Mark S helped me get my vehicle checked in. I was hooked up with an awesome loaner car (which unfortunately I want to buy now). Mark updated me every step of the way with the recommended repairs on my vehicle without being pushy. They were fast friendly and efficient. I love Honda of Lincoln!!!
