Very poor , I arrived at 10 am for an 11 am appointment as agreed. They told me they would hold vehicle till then , I had cash to by the truck, in hand , sold it online out from under me to somebody in Colorado. Don't buy from them they don't give a damm about the customers or honoring their word!!!!

RecommendedDallas Ottemann is a great salesman! He worked with me for months to find exactly what I wanted; price, make and model wise. Dallas and the whole team I worked with at Honda were professional, friendly and made the purchase very easy for me. This was my first purchase from Honda but will not be my last. Love my Honda!!

I drove my vehicle that someone else wrecked into. So it was obvious to the sales team I couldn't afford anything here and they treated me accordingly.

I live in Virginia and I just purchased a car remotely with Honda of Lincoln. I probably would not have been able to pull off buying a car from so far away, however, Dallas Ottemann from the sales department made by experience so easy and stress free. Awful Customer Service!! I have had my Honda car for 7 years now and I’m extremely excited to get rid of it and switch to something else. I get the worst service every single time I come in. I have had multiple experiences where the employees try to scam me, treat me like I’m not an adult, and seem like they could care less about me. I DREAD having to bring my car in to get it looked at or fixed. I will sometimes take it to other dealerships before bringing it to Honda. Please look into buying something else.
