Probably the best car buying experience of my life. No pressure and I think I got a good deal, well below what Edmunds considered a good price. They also added in a 500 discount after I had agreed on the price because they could. Gerald Collins is a top notch salesman. A pleasure doing business with him.
Love my new car. Very courteous and helpful employees. I especially liked the way they took the time to show me all the details of my car.

I had been looking for a used car for my daughter and had been to several places. I liked the people and Honda of Grand Blanc and I thought they were very friendly and tried to find me what I needed. Brandon Mills was my salesman and he did find me what I needed. I would recommend Al Serra Honda any time and also Brandon Mills.
The service dept is excellent. Josh is the best person to deal with. Great communication, explanation of work. Most importantly they stand behind their work. Highly recommended!

The service team is wonderful. They keep you informed of what is happening with your car or if there is any change. the wait times are a little long but I go in knowing I'm going to be there and bring something to do. My only complaint was with the sales team while you wait for your car. it's a large area and sound echos. Members of the sales team were bouncing a basketball and talking loudly.
