They do quality work and stand behind it. The free shuttle is a real plus.
This is the BEST Honda dealer I’ve ever dealt with. I own four Honda vehicles from a 2007 Ridgline to a 2017 Accord Touring. I mostly deal with Jennifer Burdick in service ( and she’s awesome) but they are all knowledgeable and very helpful. I once got a call from the manager Jason Freeman when I had a question about a billing discrepancy. That place is class all the way and I would never shop elsewhere.
Everyone was friendly. Took the time to explain what I wanted to understand for my CR-V "update". Service was completed well within the time stated.
The Honda GB team made car buying easy and pleasant. Will go back for my next purchase.
Cannot say enough about the Honda of GB team! Have had four purchase experiences and many experiences with the service staff over the years. The entire team have always went the extra mile to make sure we were well cared for. I have been particularly impressed with the service department, especially recently. Took my car in for something minor and was shocked when they didn’t charge me for the repair, stating it was a simple fix and no need to charge. Other places I’m sure would have been willing to take advantage and charged for the service. Will definitely be back!!

Service for my Ridgeline for a recall was professional, thorough and done in a timely manner. While a fix was not necessary, it was done regardless.
Justyn in the service area was friendly, yet professional, and very helpful.
