BEWARE! Was told I had a tie rod that could break any day and they wanted to charge me almost $350 to replace it on top of wanting almost $300 on oil/fluid exchanges. I went to a family friend that owns a body shop and had him do an inspection and he said my tie rods are both fine. If this place tells you there’s something serious wrong with your car, GET A SECOND OPINION!!
This was our first Honda Purchase. We were very pleased with the professionalism and eagerness to make sure all our questions were answered. Brandon did a great job. We love our CR-V!!
Travis Jones at the Honda dealership is outstanding! I have purchased two vehicles from Travis and his customer service is second to none. I will not buy a brand new vehicle. I would rather allow the first owner take the largest loss of value depreciation. We buy vehicles that are 2-3 years old. At Al Serra I do not have to worry about vehicles that have been in accidents, Need brakes, rotors, tires or anything else.
I just got my second used vehicle there. The salespeople do not pressure you, actually help you look over the vehicle, and make sure you get what you need. Amazing service, and reliable cars. You won't find lemons here!

Grand Blanc Honda is a classy and professional operation. I bought my first Honda from them back in the mid-80s. My recent oil change experience was not a good one though. Even though it was a scheduled visit, I was there almost 2 hours for a simple oil change. I was told there were a lot of oil changes that all came in at one time, which seems a poor explanation for obvious reasons. Again, I still think this is a great dealership and recommend them.
My Honda Civic is a dream car. Jarret made me feel like the most important person around.
